Sumi works in text. It does not answer calls or produce audio replies, and it never takes money on its own.

What does Artist include?
Artist is $29 a month: your booking page, rates by the hour, half day and day, custom requests, deposits taken at booking, consent and aftercare forms.
When should I move up to Artist Pro?
When requests and DMs take up your evenings. Artist Pro adds Sumi, who answers them and drafts replies for you to send.
Is there a platform fee on Artist?
No. Artist has no platform fee: no booking fees, no commission, no cut of your deposits. The payment processor charges its standard card fees, usually about 2.3% to 3% per card payment depending on the card and whether the client pays in person or online. Inkslips adds nothing on top.
Can I cancel Artist any time?
Yes. Artist is month to month with no contract. Cancel any time and it stays active to the end of the period you paid for. You can export your clients and bookings whenever you like.
Can I switch from Artist later?
Yes. Move between Artist, Artist Pro and Studio from Settings. Moving up starts straight away; moving down starts at your next billing date.
