Sumi works in text. It does not answer calls or produce audio replies, and it never takes money on its own.

What does Artist Pro add?
Artist Pro is $49 a month and adds Sumi on the front desk, design sign-off before the session, text and email reminders, and gift cards.
Does Sumi send messages or take money on its own?
No. Sumi drafts replies for you to send, and deposits, refunds and charges always wait for you.
Is there a platform fee on Artist Pro?
No. Artist Pro has no platform fee: no booking fees, no commission, no cut of your deposits. The payment processor charges its standard card fees, usually about 2.3% to 3% per card payment depending on the card and whether the client pays in person or online. Inkslips adds nothing on top.
Can I cancel Artist Pro any time?
Yes. Artist Pro is month to month with no contract. Cancel any time and it stays active to the end of the period you paid for. You can export your clients and bookings whenever you like.
Can I switch from Artist Pro later?
Yes. Move between Artist, Artist Pro and Studio from Settings. Moving up starts straight away; moving down starts at your next billing date.
